London Film Festival: PATERSON


London Film Fest has been fantastic and I've had the pleasure of seeing so many great films.  This time around, I got the chance to see the latest film starring Adam Driver, PATERSON.

London Film Festival: ARRIVAL


As the London Film Festival continues, I have gotten the chance to see several great films, and this one is no different.  Arrival is a true futuristic sci-fi classic with a great twist, and a potentially career defining role for Amy Adams.

London Film Festival: MANCHESTER BY THE SEA


This week I have had the pleasure of attending the London Film Festival, and the 3rd film I had the joy of seeing was Kenneth Lonegran's excellent Manchester By The Sea. It follows a hardened handyman (Casey Affleck) who returns to his hometown after his brother (Kyle Chandler) dies, to care for his 16-year-old nephew (Lucas Hedges), but his arrival unearths a checkered history.

London Film Festival: MOONLIGHT


The London Film Festival continues, and the second film I had the pleasure of seeing was Barry Jenkins's potent masterpiece Moonlight, which I have decided, is my favourite film of 2016 so far. The film is about an African-American man who struggles to be himself over three periods of his life, trying to come out, but also stay faithful.
